GCS has been a big part of my uni life, it is where I’ve met most of my uni friends, a place where I was able to receive spiritual input, a place that encourages one another to grow in our walks with Christ. Being part of this group helped me to recognise what it means to be a Christian, it helped me to see the need for the gospel on campus where our mission field is, but also seeing the need for the gospel around the world and how as students we can support the mission of sharing the gospel to the ends of the earth. The group is amazing, lots of wonderful, loving and funny people, highly recommended.

I moved from a small country town and didn’t really know anyone in my course or local area. Though during that time GCS was really warm and inviting, welcoming me in, helping me and many other Griffith students find a loving community. GCS is a place where I got to meet all sorts of people! People like me who had moved from country towns, people who live in the city, people from other countries, Christians and non-Christian. GCS gave me a strong community who loved, supported and encouraged me through my first year of university and the latter years to come.

GCS has been a breath of fresh air in my usually busy uni schedule. From fun, uplifting fellowship to insightful Bible talks, GCS has provided me with a community that I know seeks after God and helps others do the same. I know the memories I’ve made with this group will last me a lifetime! Do yourself a favour and check out GCS!

IT ALONE

What if uni isn’t just about your degree, but discovering something bigger? You don’t have to figure it out alone. Belonging to a community like GCS is one of the best ways to do Uni. Come along, meet other students, ask big questions, explore Jesus together, and find friendships and support that make the journey easier. We’d love to see you get connected and be part of what’s happening.
